Cases where returns can be accepted We take every care to ensure the quality of our products, but we will only accept returns if we determine that the product falls under any of the following conditions.

・If the product is damaged or soiled due to an accident during delivery ・If a product different from the ordered product is delivered

We will cover the return shipping costs.

We will not accept returns if the product has been scratched, broken or soiled for reasons beyond our control before it is returned to us, if any accessories or enclosed items are missing, or if there are signs of use.

Exchanges can only be made if you contact us by email within 36 hours of the product being delivered (including delivery to your delivery box).

We cannot accept items with the security tag removed.

Except in cases where there is breach of contract due to reasons attributable to our company, we will not be able to exchange or return products except as specified in our company's regulations.
