Choosing an item
Review the product photos, description, color, included accessories, and condition details. Pre-owned items are unique, so please check the photos and description carefully before ordering.
Authenticity
We guarantee that every item sold by our store is authentic. To date, we have never had an item found to be counterfeit.
If a return is requested on the grounds that an item is counterfeit, we will respond after obtaining an assessment from the brand’s official boutique. The boutique may examine the item as far back as the factory where it was made, so the assessment and our response may take time. Thank you for your understanding.
Condition grades
- A: New / Like New
- B: Excellent
- C: Very Good
- D: Good
- E: Fair

Understanding dimensions
W means width, H means height, and D means depth. Measurements may vary slightly. Please refer to the size information shown on the product page.

Deliveries to Japan and import taxes
For orders delivered to Japan, customs duties and other import taxes will not be charged separately. Orders typically ship from the United States; however, orders delivered to Japan may ship from Japan.

Returns and refunds
